The concepts presented during this course should stimulate students to pursue, on their own, an in-depth knowledge in the use of computer technology and information systems.

• Effectively work with data sets and mapping technologies;
• Use visual techniques as tools to facilitate systems thinking;
• Describe important considerations for the adequate processing and delivery of information;
• Continue self mastery of software and techniques used for the processing, analysis, and spatial visualization of data/information.
