EVALUATION

The grade will be based on a midterm covering concepts and applications learned during the first half of the term (30%). Course assignments will be made periodically and will constitute 35% of the final grade. An oral presentation (35%) summarizing the student’s project will be made near the end of the term.

Important points that will be considered for the evaluation of presentations and web site are:

1. Information content (quality)
2. Use of technology
3. Design (how the information is presented

Since evaluation will focus on activities in class, absences (unless justified in advance) will impact the individual final grades. If you anticipate not coming to a class you must let the instructor know using any of the following:
